How to make a PDF from photos on your phone

What you need

Just your phone's browser — Chrome on Android or Safari/Chrome on iPhone. No app to install, no account.

Steps

  1. Open JPG to PDF on DiscreteDocs in your phone's browser.
  2. Tap “Choose files” and pick your photos (or take new ones with the camera using Scan to PDF).
  3. Drag the photos into the right order.
  4. Choose A4 and a small margin for a document look. If a form needs a small file, open More options and set “Keep the PDF under”.
  5. Tap “Make PDF” and download. The PDF is saved to your Downloads.

Tips for clear results

Photograph documents flat, in daylight, from straight above, and fill the frame. Avoid flash — it causes glare. If the photo is sideways, fix it afterwards with Rotate PDF.

Make it searchable

A PDF made from photos is pictures of text. Run OCR PDF on it (Hindi and English supported) to be able to search and copy the text.
