Split PDF

Break one PDF into several smaller PDFs — by page ranges, every N pages, the pages you pick, or a maximum file size.

Private by design: your files are processed on your device and never uploaded.

  4. Download the files one by one or all together as a .zip.

About Split PDF

Use split to send only the pages someone needs, to break a large scan into chapters, or to get under an upload limit with “by size”. Pages are copied exactly, so quality never drops.

Questions

Is it safe to split a PDF here?

Yes. The work happens inside your own browser, so the file is never uploaded to a server — not ours, not anyone's. That makes it safe for contracts, bank statements, ID cards and other private documents.

Can I split a PDF into single pages?

Yes — choose “Pick pages”, select them and keep “One file per page”, or use “Every N pages” with 1.

Can I split by file size?

Yes. Choose “By size” and set the largest size each file may have, for example 5 MB.

Can I put some pages together in one file?

Yes — in “Ranges” tick “Put all ranges into one file”, or in “Pick pages” choose “All in one file”.

Is it really free?

Yes — splitting is completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.

Can I split a PDF on my phone?

Yes. It works in the browser on Android phones, iPhones, tablets and computers. Nothing to install. It works best in Google Chrome.
