How to sign a PDF on your phone

Steps

1. Open Sign PDF in your phone's browser and add the PDF.
2. Tap “Signature” and draw with your finger, type your name in a handwriting style, or upload a photo of your signature.
3. Drag it into place and pinch the corner handle to resize.
4. Add the date or your initials if needed — “Put on: All pages” initials every page.
5. Tap “Sign PDF” and download.

Getting a neat signature

Turn the phone sideways for a wider drawing area, and sign slowly. For a photo of your signature, sign on plain white paper — the background is removed automatically.

Is it legally valid?

Electronic signatures are widely accepted for everyday agreements. Some official filings require a certificate-based digital signature (DSC), which this tool doesn't create.
